Set in a stylised 1925, Copperwood is a district in the middle of its artistic boom — a place where silent film studios, neon-lit theatres, and eccentric performers collide in a whirlwind of culture and glamour.

02 / The Build

Art Deco lines, bold colour palettes, geometric motifs, and playful architectural shapes shape the district’s identity. Everything is designed to echo the vibrancy and indulgence of the roaring twenties — polished, theatrical, and full of character.

03 / The Energy

Bright lights, constant motion, and the buzz of performance fill Copperwood. It feels like stepping into a film set mid-take — lively, expressive, and always on the verge of something spectacular.

Our Director split off during the summer to become SDMs and take on the build production of their respective areas.
